Lifetime Warranty
City Auto Body offers a written lifetime warranty for any workmanship defects related to invoiced collision repair for as long as you own your vehicle. Along with our workmanship guarantee, we offer a refinish (paint) warranty for invoiced material related defects for a period of seven (7) years provided the vehicle is owned by the refinish warranty certificate holder. Part(s), both body and mechanical, are subject to their specific manufactures warranty policies. We take our guarantee seriously… If a problem should ever arise with your vehicle after you have taken delivery, please contact our customer service department promptly. Rest assured, our customer service agent will take every possible step to ensure your complete satisfaction.
